Frequently asked questions.

Are towels , heat , electric, linens, welcome basket and WiFi included? 

Yes all of these are included in the apartment at no extra cost.

Is there a washing machine, dryer and iron in the apartment?

Yes each apartment has a washing machine, clothes airer and iron. There are a communal dryer and communal washing lines for use.

Are you child/baby friendly?

Yes we have cots, high chairs, cot sides, baby baths, beach toys, and childrens DVDs available we also have a play area with swings slides and climbing equipment.

Can I bring my dog/pet with me?

Unfortunately not due to allergies and having sheep and young lambs in the surrounding fields the apartments are not suitable for pets.

Can I pay by card, cash, online, bank transfer or cheque?

Yes we can accept card, cash, online payment and bank tranfers. Cheques must be paid in advance and cleared to be accepted. Please get in touch if you need to pay via cheque. 

Is there a booking deposit?

Yes there is a £100 booking deposit which becomes your security deposit and is refunded on departure as long as no damages have occurred.

Is there a minimum/maximum night stay?

Yes usually there is a minimum of 2 nights but during quieter periods or last minute we may be able to accommodate single night stays. There is no maximum length of stay and if needed we can move you between properties to accommodate you for no extra cost for a longer stay if required.

Are long term stays and/or discounts available for them?

Yes discounts can be made for stays longer than 60 days just contact us for information.

Will someone be there to let me in on arrival? 

Yes if needed there will be someone to meet you on arrival to show you around and give you your key. If for some reason no one is available or you are arriving late at night, arrangements will be made for you to collect your key and to meet you as soon as possible.

Can I bring my bike/kayak/surfboard etc with me?

Yes you can. Unfortunately not into the apartment itself but there are several areas/stores bikes or boards can be stored on request. Please be aware this is at your own risk though.

Can I have visitors to my apartment?

Yes of course, there are plenty of extra cups and plates etc for any day guests. We would just ask you to be considerate of other guests, keep noise to a minimum, no large gatherings or parties are permitted without prior arrangement with management and guests staying at the apartments have priority over car parking spaces. Any over night guests should be advised to management and the sleeping capacity of each apartment should not be exceeded.

How far are you from the airport/Larne harbour?

We are approximately only 10 minutes drive from Larne harbour and 30 minutes drive from both Belfast city and Belfast International airports.

Can I smoke or vape in the apartments? 

It is illegal to smoke indoors in a public place in Northern Ireland. There are plenty of outside areas at the apartments to smoke. If evidence of smoking indoors is found in your apartment you may forfeit your deposit. 

Can I get an early check in or check out?

Yes you can where available. There may be a small cost for this. Please as management prior to arrival.
