Steam, Transport and Industry Exhibition at Larne Museum, Northern Ireland, Antrim coast

‘Steam, Transport & Industry', a local heritage exhibition is now OPEN at Larne Museum & Arts Centre!

This exhibition is based around the recent acquisition of a model engine made by the late Mr Billy Greer. The exhibition features 9 model locomotives, 7 stationary engines and a 00 gauge model railway collection.

The display also explores the history of the narrow gauge railway and includes a video presentation, produced in 2005, which traces the narrow gauge railway lines from Ballymena and includes personal memories of the ‘wee train’.
